國家教育研究院

　　我國自2015年提出「提升青年學生全球移動力計畫」之後，即以多元方式積極鼓勵學校層級與個人提升自身全球移動力，以回應世界人才培育趨勢與全球人才流動現狀。本研究即基於2016年本院「提升青年學生全球移動力之研究」計畫案的研究成果，檢視我國高中與大學層級推展其學生全球移動力的策略與現況，以瞭解我國提倡與實行青年學生全球移動力各項政策的實施成效，並達成本研究之目的：1. 瞭解我國高中與大學層級推展青年學生全球移動力的現況；2. 評估我國高中與大學層級學生全球移動力發展的實況；3. 探究我國高中與大學層級推行青年全球移動力的成功個案；4.提供我國未來推展青年學生全球移動力發展的策略與建議。

　　Since the MOE proposed the “promoting young students’ global mobility project” in 2015 and has encouraged schools and individuals to improve global mobility with multiple approaches for corresponding to the reality of global talent mobility. The research is based on the finding of “study on promoting young students’ global mobility” which is conducted in 2016 to further inquire the practice and performance of education institutions at high school and higher education levels in this regard. The research purposes of the research includes: 1. To understand the current status of promoting young students’ global mobility at high school and higher education levels; 2. To evaluate the practice and reality of promoting young students’ global mobility at high school and higher education levels; 3. To inquire the successful cases at high school and higher education levels which have better performances on students’ global mobility; 4. To provide further strategies and suggestions to promote young students’ global mobility in the future.
