  •   本研究旨在發展國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓績效評估系統之層面、向度與指標;探討國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓績效評估系統各題項之重要程度與可行程度;運用所建構之績效評估指標系統探討國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓之實際表現;瞭解國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓之運作情形與問題;探析國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓之精進策略。為達成上述目的,本研究除了進行文獻探討外,主要採用訪談、諮詢座談、德懷術、問卷調查等方式;其中文獻探討,係就國內外師傅教導、績效評估、校長儲訓、校長領導相關文獻予以蒐集、分析與整理,為本研究之概念架構基礎;訪談法主要用以徵詢學者專家、國民小學在職校長及候用校長,對師傅教導培訓績效評估系統內涵的看法;諮詢座談的部分,預計舉辦四場,諮詢對象包括:專家學者、參與國民小學校長儲訓班的師傅校長、候用校長、學校行政人員等;德懷術的部分,主要在建構及確立國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓績效評估系統內涵;問卷調查的部分,係以參與國家教育研究院校長儲訓班之國民小學教育人員為對象,預計發放1,998份問卷,以瞭解國民小學校長儲訓班師傅教導培訓績效評估系統各層面、向度及細項指標之重要程度與可行程度,以及其實際表現情形。最後的研究報告,將包括緒論、文獻探討、研究方法、結果分析與討論、結論與建議。

  •   The main objectives of this research are to construct the appropriate dimensions, items, and indicators of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal, to establish the relative weight of dimensions and items of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal, to explore important and feasible degree of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal, to use the performance evaluation system to explore the practical performance of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal, and to understand current circumstances, problems, and effective strategies regarding mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal. To achieve these objectives, literature review, interview, panel discussion, the Delphi technique and relative weights survey, the questionnaire survey, focus group, and case study will be employed. Literature review will be used to integrate and summarize researches on mentor teaching, performance evaluation, principal pre-training, and principal leadership. Interview will be conducted to consult experts’ viewpoints about the connotation of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal. Panel discussions will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. The Delphi technique and relative weight survey will be administered to establish the connotation and relative weight of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal. To understand important and feasible degree of the dimensions, items, and indicators of performance evaluation system of mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal, and the practical performance of mentor teaching training, the samples of the questionnaire survey will be 1,998 prospective principals participating in pre-training of principal of the national academy for educational research in Taiwan. Focus group will be used to collect the opinions of experts and practitioners. Case study will be administered to explore the problems and effective strategies regarding mentor teaching training of prospective principals participating in pre-training of elementary school principal. The final study report will include introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings and discussions, conclusions and suggestions.
