本計劃之目的在協助教育決策者釐清可能影響教學與學習的因素,為教育監測或教育改革的關注焦點提供可行的參考。本計畫以國際大型教育評比調查的調查結果與評量架構為基礎,參酌國際實施大規模評量的經驗,以及文獻中對學習成效相關研究,提取國際大型教育評比調查問卷中具有高效果量之向度或題項作為提升我國中小學學生學習成效之參考。此外,學科成績只是學習成效的一部份,本研究將考量學業成績、學習興趣、與學習態度等面向,對參與調查的國家進行分群,接著在由歸納得出參與調查國家之特徵,並以此特徵作為提升我國中小學學生學習成效路徑之參考。
The purpose of this proposal is to help educational decision-makers in choosing the factors that may affect teaching and learning by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various education systems. The key references for the education monitoring or education reform was established base on the survey results and assessment framework of the international large-scale educational assessment, and the experience of international survey, as well as the research on learning effectiveness in the literature. In addition academic achievements are just part of the learning outcomes. The learning outcomes of students should include the achievements, interests, attitudes, etc., and the countries participating in the international assessment will be classified into several parts first, and then derives the characteristics of the participating countries through the information collected by the survey.
