本研究主要研究目的有二:1.瞭解不同類型課程發展與實驗的實施情形與方法,探討未來課程實驗機制的方向與途徑。2. 擬議十二年國民基本教育課程發展建議書中有關課程實驗機制的原則與配套措施,包括相關法令、鼓勵課程發展與實驗之辦法、課程實驗之回饋平台建立、以及實驗之倫理規範等面向。本研究透過文獻分析、焦點座談等研究方法,找出課程發展實驗的脈絡與現況,並提出課程發展與實驗的機制與原則,包括自發、互動、共好、累進等四大原則,以及中央、地方、學校三個層級的課程實施機制分工與具體策略,以作為未來擬議十二年國民基本教育課程發展建議書的基礎。
The aims of this study are to clarify the role of the curriculum experiment in curriculum development, to understand the implantation and methods of different types of the curriculum experiments, and to suggest possible approaches and supports of implementing the curriculum experiments for 12-year National Education Curriculum. The methods employed in this study involve literature and document analysis, and focus group interviews. Through the methods, this research proposes four principles of curriculum experiments - being autonomous, interactive, commonly good, and cumulative and evolving. The mechanism for curriculum experiments on National Curriculum Guidelines as well as further educational issues is also suggested, concerning specific strategies of governmental, local governmental and local school levels.
