本研究目的主要係以國中適性輔導方案為例,發展國中適性教育與輔導的指標系統,用以評估適性教育與輔導實施成效;建立國中適性教育與輔導指標系統的相對權重;探討國中適性教育與輔導之問題與改進途徑。為達成上述目的,本研究主要採用德懷術與相對權重調查、訪談及焦點團體座談。

The main purposes of this research are to use the adaptive guidance program in junior high schools as an example to develop the dimensions and indicators of adaptive education and guidance, to construct the weighted system of adaptive education and guidance in junior high schools, and to explore the problems and effective solutions of adaptive education and guidance in junior high schools. To achieve the purposes, the Delphi technique and relative weights survey, interview, and focus group will be employed.
