本研究由台灣非政府組織:台北海外和帄服務團(TOPS)與十三位受訪教師的觀點,提供第一線泰境緬甸移住人口教育服務的觀察、當地社區組織參與式的合作,以及對泰緬邊境上從事緬甸移住人口教育服務的非政府組織與泰政府之交涉,詴圖描繪非政府組織實際參與提供非正式教育服務的情況及其意涵和可能的發展。希望能拋磚引玉地喚起台灣教育、社會等相關學界,對於此相對而言嶄新的領域,能有更多的討論,並能投注更多對於國內非政府組織從事海外國際教育發展工作領域的關注。
