Distinguished Professor Cheng-Ta Wu possesses extensive qualifications in both academic administration and practical leadership. He has served as the Dean of the College of Education, Chair of the Department of Education, Founding Director of the Graduate Institute of Educational Administration and Policy, and Executive Director of the Master's Program in School Administration at National Chengchi University (NCCU). Furthermore, he was seconded to serve as the President of the University of Kang Ning and the Commissioner of the Department of Education, Taoyuan City Government. In addition to his administrative roles, he has served as the President of the Educational Administration Research Association of the R.O.C. and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Education Research. He has also contributed as a committee member for the Civil Service Senior and Junior Examinations and Local Government Special Examinations, as well as for principal selection committees across senior high, junior high, and elementary schools. His career demonstrates a wealth of experience bridging higher education and local educational administration.
