National Academy for Educational Research

Professor Chen completed his academic training, which included a focus on comparative education at National Chi Nan University, and education policy studies at the Institute of Education, UCL. Currently, he has held the prestigious position of Chair of the Department of Education at National Chengchi University since 2021 till now.

His research interests span a diverse range of topics, including the profession of higher education, education leadership and training, as well as rural and alternative education. Professor Chen's expertise has allowed him to lead several national projects and actively contribute to the development of education policies both at the local city level and the central government level in Taiwan.
